Breaking Benjamin - Xfinity Center Mansfield Ma

August 25th 2019 - Mansfield MA

Benjamin Burnley - Breaking Benjamin at the Xfinity Center Mansfield MA. 08/25/19

Breaking Benjamin are out touring to support their 6th studio album Ember. They brought a powerhouse of a show to the Xfinity Center and did not disappoint. They opened the show with the song Red Cold River off the new album and the crowd greeted it with open arms. Up next was the rocking I Will Not Bow off the 2009 platinum album Dear Agony. The night was filled with a mix of songs going back to their first album Saturate. They also did an amazing medley of songs which included Cowboys From Hell - Pantera, Smells Like Teen Spirit- Nirvana, Queens Bohemian Rhapsody, Enter Sandman - Metallica, Bulls on Parade - Rage Against the Machine and an incredible drum solo. See the full setlist here. The band members Jason Rauch - lead guitar, Keith Wallen - rhythm guitar, Aaron Bruch - bass guitar and Shawn Foist on drums all played with extreme intensity and showed us how rock music is played . They definitely have an awesome chemistry. Singer Benjamin Burnley ran around the stage, was on point and interacted with the audience quite a bit. At one point he went down to the crowd and brought someone up to join the the VIP fans who flanked both sides of the stage and get to watch from there with an eagle eye view of everything going on. All in all in was an amazing show. Check out our photos here

Diamante - Xfinity Center Mansfield MA 08/25/19

The opening bands were amazing as well I highly suggest you get there to see them. The night started early around 5:30 with Diamante the "blue haired rock n' rolla"who hails from Boston which isn't very far from the Xfinity Center. She put on a great show and played songs from her debut album Coming in Hot. She also played a song in which she is featured on by the band Bad Wolves. Check out our photos here

Dorothy - Xfinity Center Mansfield MA 08/25/19

Up next was Dorothy whose stage look and presence was very Stevie Nicks like ( I mean that in a most complimentary way) with a long black cape that she twirled around as she sang and danced around the stage and at one point playing a mean air guitar along with her guitar player. Matt Walst - Three Days Grace at the Xfinity Center Mansfield MA 08/25/19

After Dorothy's set came Three Days Grace who totally tore up the stage. I think I knew every song they played except for one. Led by brothers Matt Walst on vocals and Brad Walst on bass who plays like a rabid animal. He is totally insane and really gets into his bass, it's awesome!! Guitarist Barry Stock and drummer Neil Sanderson round out the band. Some of my favorite songs were Pain, The Good Life and Riot. Check out our photos here

Pete Loeffler - Chevelle at the Xfinity Center Mansfield MA 08/25/19

Chevelle followed with a highly energized rock show. They came out hitting hard with the song Young Wicked and blasted through their incredible catalogue of songs including my favorites Send the Pain Below,The Red and I Get it. See the full setlist here. An amazing set by an amazing band with brothers Pete Loeffler vocals and guitars, Sam Loeffler on drums and Dean Bernardini on bass know how to rock a crowd that is for sure.
